Will I see cracks, texture, or aging details in the artwork?
Yes, subtle cracks, texture, and natural aging details from the original painting may be visible in your print. At Botanical Maxims, we intentionally preserve these elements as part of our fine art philosophy. They are a hallmark of historic artworks and contribute to the character, depth, and authenticity of each piece.
Rather than retouch or remove these features, we honour them so you can experience the artwork as it truly exists, rich with history, craftsmanship, and time-worn beauty.

Screens vary. Expect a small, natural variance (typically within 5–10%). Our palettes are tuned for Dutch-still-life tones (deep navy grounds, natural greens, muted florals).
How are prints packaged?
Flat (rigid mailers) for small sizes; rolled in tubes for larger sizes. Objects and mugs ship boxed with protective padding.
Care tips
Handle by the edges; frame behind UV-protective glazing; avoid direct sunlight and humidity.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available through our secure checkout process. We use secure payment processing to protect your personal and payment information.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make changes.

Are your prints made to order?
Yes. Every piece is produced to order with our print partners nearest to you. This reduces waste, facilitates faster delivery, and keeps quality consistent with fresh prints.
Where do you ship?
We ship to street addresses (not PO Box) throughout Australia and to select international destinations. We route to a regional print lab close to your delivery address (e.g., Australia/NZ, US/Canada, UK/EU, select Asia regions). This keeps shipping times and customs fees lower.

Will my order ship in one package?
Sometimes. If you’ve ordered different items (e.g., a print and a mug), they will ship separately from specialised facilities. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.
Do you offer express shipping?

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Is my package lost?
We see the same tracking information you do. If you have not received your order by 28 days after purchase please contact us.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Because Botanical Maxims products are made to order and printed specifically for each customer at time of order, all sales are final and we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.
If your product arrives and is damaged, defective or incorrect please email support@botanicalmaxims.com within 7-14 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect product(s), including the packaging material it arrived in. We will then contact you to issue a replacement free of charge.
GST / VAT / Custom Duties
Will I pay import fees?
Depending on your country and order value, VAT/GST and duties may apply. All government sales / imports taxes are the responsibility of the customer and the courier may request it on delivery.
EU/UK/AU specifics:
Australia/NZ: GST may be collected at checkout.
EU/UK: If a fee is due on arrival, your carrier will notify you.
